The Institute of Finance and International Management (IFIM), Bangalore, organised an entrepreneurship fair, Panorama-09, highlighting the need for entrepreneurship.
Held as a part of the National Entrepreneurship Week, the event ran from February 9 to 14. The main objective of the event was to create a supportive ecosystem for budding entrepreneurs and students. Among the subjects discussed at the event were finance, marketing, entrepreneurship, knowledge management, corporate governance and business ethics.
The entire event was divided into three sub-events: Ethon, Expressions and Jubilant. Ethon 2009 was a meeting ground for entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, angel investors, prospective entrepreneurs, students and industry colleagues. In collaboration with CRY (Child caRe and You), Expressions featured competitions for street-plays, documentaries and paper presentations.
