My dream for Intelligroup is to see it grow and attain its place among the top companies in the IT services arena. Like any parent, I would like Intelligroup to achieve its full potential.

As in any aspect in life, I expect that there will be challenges. We are after all not as big a company as some others in this industry. We would like to turn our size into our advantage by being focused and nimble. We do not want to be the Jack of all trades and master of none. Hence, my vision is to create a company that excels at enterprise applications, be it SAP, Oracle or any of the applications and infrastructure that support these core enterprise applications.

I envision Intelligroup as a firm deeply imbued with its values. Industry trends will come and go, opportunities will be won and lost, and in an ever-changing world, our values will be the foundation that will sustain us. Our values of integrity, collaboration, accountability, respect and entrepreneurship need to be internalised by every associate of Intelligroup.

I think Intelligroup has an important role to play in our communities. We have to strengthen our communities, and give back. Although India has made remarkable strides, it has miles to go before we can truly say it has progressed. In my dream, I see Intelligroup associates contributing to India's progress, and making a difference in the lives of the masses, by helping provide better medical facilities, education for girls, conserving precious natural resources, each one making an impact in their own small way.

At the end of it all, I see Intelligroup as a global player in the hands of leaders we have cultivated that combine business and ethics. Our leaders will be people who are passionate about the people in our firm, care about customer success, and foster a spirit that will bind all of us via our values. And, no matter how large we become, I would like us to always remain humble.
