Bulky and fat notebooks make frequent flyers weary. HP has launched the HP Pavilion dv2 notebook in India. Advertised as a ‘size zero' notebook, it is just under one-inch (2.54 cm) thin and weighs 1.64 kg.
Featuring the new AMD Athlon Neo processor, the HP Pavilion dv2 promises to bridge the divide between low-performance netbooks and higher-priced ultra-portable notebooks. This pint-sized notebook boasts of handling 1080p HD content from an external Blu-ray player. The notebook even promises to take you to the next level of gaming, as it comes equipped with ATI Radeon X1250 integrated graphics and optional ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3410 discrete graphics. The notebook is complemented by the 30.7 cm (12.1 inch) backlit widescreen display.
The dv2 also offers Windows Vista and a variety of high-capacity hard drive options going up to 500 GB. It can be owned for Rs 37,490, plus taxes.
